My heat pump was having a hard time maintaining a comfortable temperature during this last January cold spell, but Daffan came to the rescue… Found out that part of my mechanical heating system was not working, also my thermostat wasn’t performing the way it was supposed to. John was able to get everything fixed and working again for minimal cost. Great job!

What can I say? James was outstanding! Friendly, courteous, timely, and knowledgeable, even on a Saturday morning call. Not a “routine” issue to be sure. But James and the team had my family comfortable in a reasonable time considering the problem. Even dealt with the warranty items. Definitely worth the look.
