I was extremely pleased with the Technician who came to our house and serviced our system. I think his name is maybe Eric. I forgot. I really want to mention him and give him the credit due. The past two servicemen have been outstanding. Prior visits were not at all. If possible we would really appreciate it if this same young man could handle our calls. He was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. He was obviously knowledgeable and my wife and I think he went the extra steps. We sincerely appreciate it.

Daffan Cooling replaced us with a new unit. Cut our electric bill in half and the service that we received from Chris has been excellent. He explains thoroughly what he is doing or finds, friendly and punctual.

Noticed our AC suddenly quit cooling. We couldn’t find any “obvious” reason so we called Daffan about 3:30 in the afternoon. They immediately got a tech scheduled to come check it out. They informed us then that there was a service fee of $99. (We are in Glen Rose). Just after calling, we noticed the compressor came back on. Thinking we were successful in our efforts to find the problem, we called back and canceled. It didn’t take long to realize it stopped again, so we called them back. By this time it was about 4:00. A technician, Nikki, arrived at about 6:30. Nikki was able to pinpoint the problem pretty quickly. She was very professional and knowledgeable. It took her about an hour. She thoroughly checked several things to make sure she fixed the issue. Even with her being here about an hour, how quickly they responded, essentially turned into “after hours” and we were only charged the $99 Service fee. (She didn’t have to replace any parts). But no after-hours fees or fees for the immediate response. We were very impressed. We will use them again should the need arise and would definitely recommend this company.
